...I am pretty sure I have proven my integrity by now...at least to the longs...so here is my statement...follow it...don't follow it...I don't care...either way I will have said my peace


...3 phone calls later with Steve Parent...and some personal decisions based on them...this is what I have to say...buy anything and everything under a penny and hold the rest of the year...you might even see the benefits as soon as mid to late Sept...the following are some things I am willing to say without giving away the farm (I am protecting my own investment this time...remember "picture time boys and girls"???...what is coming is bigger)


...we have accounts setup with Johnson Matthey refinery in Canada as well as Credit Suisse and/or UBS refinery in Zurich Switzerland (Credit Suisse bars are manufactured by Valcambi, UBS bars by Argor-Heraeus or Metalor)

...Ghana Operations will be NON-dilutive via gold sales at a 12.5% discount (probably within 10 days or sometime in Sept)

...Gold Sales have happened via Sierra Leone (just not through the normal channels we will eventually sell through)...these sales will be disclosed in the 2Q 2011 (will happen probably 2 weeks after 10K is done...very easy once 10k is done...CE will be dropping off as we do this and will not interfere with moving forward)

...10K should be done shortly (interesting point to make...although it has taken longer than hoped by us...they have done things within the time frame of the SEC in succession one after another since we made the decision to get our "paper world" in order and retain the dignity of a fully reporting company...one that can move easily back into a higher exchange versus being stuck in the pinksheets if we would have taken the easy road a while back...this will save us 100s of thousands of dollars in filing fees etc and man hours in retrospect the way we did it...short term pain...long term gain...and here is the coolest part...NOT a single discrepancy...NOT one hit by the SEC...flawless and unheard of...so yes it is taking a while...they had 3 months to file after the 3Q was filed...they are well within that range...and when it is done (probably 10 days to end of Sept) everything else will be cake because everything else is easier and much faster)

...all the dots are sitting there lined up perfectly just waiting...once the first big one is connected...the majority of the rest will fall into place within 30 days...there is more dots to the story but this is all I am willing to share because of self interests (again honesty)...I think it is a dangerous time to bet against SNEY for the rest of 2011 (especially Sept/Oct)...good luck all...I am going quiet again for a while
