Give me a break. This thing may be able to stay up but what kind of payload. We are talking hundreds of pounds, even tons to do the things stated by GTEL. We had to have an aircraft the size of a U2 to carry the guidance and telemetry plus the surveilance equipment. I know things have gottten smaller in the past years but that only means you can cram more in the same size boxes.
