Spoke to Scottrade this AM and confirmed their no buy / no sell status. Was advised that it is possible for WDRP to arrange a new TA to get the DTC chill lifted but would not speculate on likelihood or time frame for this to happen. Advised me to contact WDRP IR. HA!
So it is now strictly a waiting game. IMO
