We as shareholders, or our EC could sue JPM for collusion etc., due to their dismantling of WaMu using their "Project West" , which covertly pursued WaMu and orchestrated it's demise. They used their unprecedented access to WaMu's financial info. And orchastrated the bank runs to make the bank appear insolvent or on the verge of collapse to the FDIC, and convinced them to move in, while planning to pick up its branches and deposits for a fire sale. We have evidence of this with previously posted messages(1-2 mo ago) from JPM's executives and the members of the "Project West" team.

Please circulate this message to as many WaMu shareholders on this message board and others for responses, feedback and possible plan of action. I really think we have something here. The story of "Project West" and how JPM devised, planned and executed the demise of WaMu over a two year period must reach the general public and media. Please spread the word to as many people as you can.
