With all due respect, we've been asking for money for over two years and other than a few key people, there was very little to be found. I had options to take money from a few of people that I felt would have put the company in similar situation than it came from and wasn't interested. When we found the right guy, we ran into problems on "our side" and that investor decided to get greedy and making 11th hour demands and I walked from his as well. All along I could have taken care of myself somewhat, but the options we had basically killed the shareholders, so we held out. At the end of the day, the result was the same, but at least I can sleep at night knowing we did what we could. Unfortunately, I don't think we could have come up with enough to outbid the guys involved, but we gave it a shot. As for the plan and sales pitch, have a look back on the archives, I think my plans were very well known, probably too much so.
