Those who talk about $80 have to be bloody shorts or have mental problems. Why? Because $80 means $4B, a number much LOWER than the buyout price ($4.5B) of Nortel that:

1. Has been defunct for years
2. Has no royalty and contract
3. Has no engineers
4. Has no MTM, video compressing, bandwidth de-crunchers etc.
5. Has inferior LTE IP or near obsolete IP (In IP world, years of idling means near death)
6. Has no real estate
7. Etc, etc, etc.

Suddenly, $80 talks are all over the place. Do these bashers really believe that IDCC is LESS valuable than a defunct company that came in from the cold??? Hmmmm……

NOT A BLOODY CHANCE!!!
