There is no timetable required of her. Last time, it was just about 1 month from oral arguments, but those were also concurrently held with the confirmation hearing - here it was all spread out...

Here's a repost from GB I had on it.
---------------

Last POR confirmation hearings were Dec 2nd through 7th, 2010. Final day was for oral closing statements.

Opinion/Ruling came out Friday Jan 7th, 2011

Ok, one month from oral closing statements.
---------------

Current POR Confirmation Hearings were July 13th-21st, 2011.

Current POR Written Closing Arguments deadline was August 10th, 2011.

And Oral Closing Arguments hearing was August 24th, 2011.

So, if 1 month is what it was before, then pick your date

1 month from July 21st? -- aka Aug 21st? {Oops, we're past that}
1 month from August 10th? -- Sep 10th? {That's today}
1 month from August 24th? -- Sept 24th? {Another 2ish weeks, and nearly 2 months from the end of confirmation hearings}

or as El Juez suggests, it may be more time than last time...

El Juez wrote (reposted with permission):

El Juez: Yes, given the breadth, depth and scope of the issues that have been presented to her this time around, there is no "delay" here. It takes a long, long time just to read, research and consider all the evidence and arguments presented, and then an even longer time to physically write a decision such as this and have it vetted by clerks and perhaps colleagues. (Her last decision was 100 pages and did not involve nearly as many complex and important legal issues.) On top of that, she's got other cases going on in her courtroom every day and had a four day holiday weekend in the middle. Patience, Grasshopper.

PERSONALLY, I'm not in the "where's the ruling" crowd. As El Juez, a sitting judge, notes -- and we all should also know -- this case has a boatload of issues in it -- all intertwined -- and while we have been analyzing things on a day-to-day basis, she's gotta write a legal justification, quote law, etc, etc opinion and ruling. And it simply takes a huge amount of time.
