But you're deflecting the question Paul. Regardless of how you view yourself, your company is a penny stock company and under a DTC Chill, the question once again is...do you know of any other penny companies (public companies whose stock price is under $1.00) who have survived a DTC Chill?

I'm a little surprised that you are deflecting this question. Doesn't reflect well on management.
