OT: Power Conditioners

Linda, UPS's shouldn't explode ? It sounds like your getting some seriously overloaded circuits. You definetly need to check with your Electrical Power Utility provider .... they make special heavy duty UPS's to deal with those kinds of Power Surges. Contact that Utility ASAP with the price these utilities charge for Power they should be eager to assist you with that problem.
