I agree except for the chinese, I do not think they own shares yet. There would have to be paperwork filed if they bought a huge amount of shares plus being on foreign soil, US wants to know if Chinese money is coming in. I could very well be wrong about that, maybe someone more knowledgeable could chime in.

BUT, I think that is what the increase in A/S shares was for. Something with the shares and the Chinese is definitely in the works behind closed doors. When it comes out, you can make your one post a day from your vacation destination!
