This stock caught my eye being in the top IHUB boards this morning. Read a little bit about it and became more interested as I live in Wilton, CT.

Can't say much about the R/M, need to do some DD, but I would agree with another poster, I see a Reverse Split at the time of the merger with InPlay.

Like SouthGas, not bashing, just figuring out how to play. If InPlay is the surviving company, that means they will have to get at least 51% of the shares. So add at least 51% new shares to existing share structure which is already bloated.

Will follow and watch what happens.
