Sloane:What about the CAFC decision which none of us know is 'starting [t]o smell badly' to you?

I seriously doubt that the length of time it is taking would mean anything but a win for IDCC (also based on the hearing briefs etc) AND I have come to believe the delay for the past six weeks has everything to do with the CAFC not wanting to upset the buyout apple cart rather than anything substantive about the decision.
