Received an email today from a prominent figure in our company... reassuring me that Paul, Ben, and Sam are in fact still talking regularly, and are ironing out the details on a settlement to get all this behind them, and to move forward with building the BioHarp and dismissing all this court action and getting back to business.

Some of you will jump on this and not care, frankly, I don't care if you see it as hogwash, but I also know others of you DO get reassurance from this sort of communication, so, this is for you.

Keep in mind, they are under orders from the court that they cannot put out a press release or put anything up on the website other than the court papers... so continue to be patient.
