Mark, <The Original Agreement Gave SL Controlling Interest, So If He Is In Charge Of XMDCQ He Has The Patents Back>

I believe Dr. Lee got Controlling Interest of the Company/XMDC, But NOT THE PATENTS. Which I believe are XMDC & put up for Collateral to KMOB for services rendered,

So the Orignal APA gives the Patents (All Intellectual Property/Assets) to XMDC & Majority Percentage (54%) of Company to Dr. Lee...Someone, Pls Correct me if I'm Wrong!!!

What the Courts May do is, Rescind the APA all together, saying it is Null & Void & than Sam gets Back the Patents. I don't have a Clue how KMOB would get Paid from Paul/XMDC if that was the case.

Than we are ALLLL SCREWED!!!
