Our one Hope is, the Initial Reason for Sam getting together with Paul/XMDC was to get a US Corp. If the APA is recinded & SL gets his Patents back, why wouldn't he want to keep the Company in his Name (it is already established) get rid of Paul & assign a New BOD, is My thinking Correct or What???

My Question (maybe dumb) is if he is awarded the Patents can then he than stop the BK from going through & Continue under the XMDC FLAG (without Paul)...or Is it because Paul filed for the BK, that Sam couldn't stop the BK & keep the XMDC Flag/Compny.
