I'm completely baffled by Sam. I can't come up with a good reason for him to go down this road, where he is very likely to lose in court, again, especially given the court's recent rulings. Is he even considering this? Why for someone being given such favorable terms in the contract would he want to rip it up, his own work, particularly after recent discussion, where he was further being granted an addendum?

What makes it so baffling is even if he were to win, he would essentially have to start all over. He has no money, only severe debt. You need tremendous cash to launch a business. He therefore would have to find another willing partner, and once again he would be in a situation where he's dividing up shares, only this time it may not be so advantageous. He may be left with a much smaller portion, and not majority share. And he would most likely need to partner with an American company, since the bulk of the medical device market is the U.S. (half the world market). Yes, he may find someone willing, but a lot of good companies and good business people would steer away from him, as they would be frightened of dealing with someone so litigious, so unsteady. Meanwhile, competition is encroaching. He's losing time and focus all over the place.

If I were him, I would be moving heaven and earth to get the Bioharp to market. I'm afraid this man has completely lost the big picture, which is why I say I'm baffled. I don't know this man; his latest actions are something beyond common sense and sound reason.
