The only thing holding Deutsche bank back is the American Justice system. Deutsche Bank is ready for war. To make this war happen, they need access to the billions in NOLs. Seems to me that they must have the losses to make the NOLs useful. If they get a guarantee from the court system this case will not be swept aside... they should feel more comfortable to swing for the moon.

For me, it feels like a rumbling volcano about ready to erupt. Nobody knows when it is going to happen; but when it does, better run for the hills. This is not just about WAMU... the world's entire financial system is on the brink of disaster.

Judge Mary needs to sit down and handle this problem honestly. There is no advantage for her to help Rosen or Equity. She needs to do her job correctly and justly. It is the only way she can walk away from this with her head held high. Let the games begin.
