Oh yeah? Hey Sam! For everyone's sake who has been praying for a deal, please get on board with Paul on the new agreement! A lot of shareholders can't survive another long court challenge.

If it is true that you will have 54% of the shares in the new structure of the company, then what else do you need? Do the honorable thing and start the company on the right foot with Paul.
