laranger-I emailed the SEC after early drafts of the rights prospectus seemed to make NO mention of IDCC/litigation. I suspected only the FINAL version, to be accepted by SEC before the rights offer, might mention it.The final prospectus, cleared by the SEC, made clear mention of litigation liability but w/o mention of IDCC.
I wanted to put the SEC on notice that they were told about such omission and could not later claim they did not know. I felt so little chance of having any impact, and did it only to assuage my own protest/impotence...and until now forgot about it. Probably MANY others did similar acts and, who is to say, made a diference. Thanks, laranger and all who did/do the ethical, if unknown actions.redhot
