So far, what I have found is that the Swan Group is the holding company for Denverson which as of now I am guessing is wholly owned by itself because of the break away (with no consequences?) from Indenture (?). I am guessing that SFI will now own some possibly 20% of Denverson once public via convertible notes (?); Denverson == $3.5M bond + rest of shares via convertible notes (that SFI will own). If we assume half cash, half notes, then possibly $500K in notes therefore roughly 12.5% share ownership of Denverson by SFI (?) (plus royalties/divs, ok, yea, haha). :D All just speculations but difficult to get any actual info on any of this, all such dark alleys of the pinkie world. cheers
