Correct. It only seems to be a bad thing on the JBI board. It is of course a
standard method used by thousands of companies to get
the required funds to start up.

The attempt to spin it as negative is clearly aimed at inexperienced investors.

As are many of the other concepts such as spores and yucky stuff
rendering the plastic unusable. Or the ladder being in the wrong
place.

All noise to distract from what is actually going on at the company.
