There seems to be this idea being thrown about that PIPE's are bad things.... I think they are a great way for the company to get the finances to continue to build and grow. All my own opinion of course!
...perhaps other people would like the Company to mortgage itself to death to gain access to needed funds..... not me. :o) PIPE's keep control where control should be... in the hands of the man who created this company and who cares about long term shareholder value, not short term day to day trading.
