Three things are happening there now. GMND
1) company has secured aqrrangements for the JV at the oil terminal.

2) water purification study completed and being reviewed by major Natural Gas companies in Eastern PA( hint....they are from Texas).

3) engineering tests and studies being completed at site.

The reason this quiet stock did a complete financial overhaul and disclosure for all the last 43 years and interim 2011 is to be very current and the upgrade in Tier to current status is because of the obvious compliance requirement for bigger and better things to come.
