The company appears to be a shell that is now 60% owned by Histostem. http://www.histostem.co.kr/english/english_1.htm

The hope for shareholders is that Histostem brings product to the US market via this shell.

However, it appears Histostem is having serious legal issues in S Korea.

I personally, intend to stay away from any other Asian related stocks in the future. There is too much that can be hidden from US shareholders.
