TRIXXX: You might want to go back and check your facts before making posts like this. It is my understanding that AXTG still owns the valuable rights and patent on the more modern products, including the critical addressable ballast product which is the future of the company. It is my understanding that what was transferred to an individual and then sold to greenballastinc was only the old original ballast product on which the UL listing had expired.

And, none of the $$$ from the sale went to any individuals, but rather went to Gemini, the hedge fund creditor. So, what would be the basis for your supposed class action?
