Please be advised that I am interviewing Law Firms for a potential Class Action Lawsuit. This is a summary of the current information:

Axis Technologies, Inc. ( AXTG.PK )
This company had the patent for a daylight harvesting electronic ballast for florescent lighting. The ballast had a photosensor on it which dimmed the florescent light in response to available daylight to conserve energy. After promoting the product to the public and shareholders, the company was mismanaged and the stock value dropped to zero as sales did not materialize. The patent(which was the main value of the company) was mysteriously transferred to a new company ( Greenballastinc.com) leaving the shareholders without any equity. Please advise. Thank you
