Hard to say...

Longs here only give a rats behind for settlement only... so hardly any interest in its daily moves.... it might react favorably... it might see a major short cover from short sellers knowing that this may be worth more... but no rush is seen and they could take their time covering... after all, most of them are MM's anyway.

this could move back to .10s in short....
