Its Not that is only a opinion. many share's available here even after the private placement of the 700 million were sold . I think we will see another large PRIVATE PLACEMENT which some think its not selling but in the end the shares are made available to the general public so saying the float is locked up is just crazy. Remember Mark still has 5 BILLION to play with.
