The MM make buys and sells orders and they make money when they FILL THEM thats it. As for the company no one knows for sure when it comes to selling. THE fact is Mark put the so called 700 million shares out there in a PRIVATE PLACEMENT which is SELLING. thats in the filing we will see more when the next filing is ready.
