If I would have enforced the contract, I would have no longer been able to continue my business relationship with the chain. Also, have you ever been to court? It's a nightmare. I would still likely be waiting for my money.
Anyway, this board is not about me. It's about INOL. That company's situation just reminded me of something that happened to me. I think INOL just had a glitch. IMO. For all we know, the product is likely resold.
