a few questions...does anyone able to find how many shares each director ownes???? 2 out of 3 directors were in favor of buyout so presumably 2 out of three are going to be voting for the buyout....

the other one voting against...my guess is that the two voting for buyout will also need help of the retail investors to get this passed...

red flags...still no where close to buyout price....
girl that is IR seems not to know all the details
too good to be true
have seen nothing about stopping trading on friday???wouldnt you think they would have to announce something like that...
