I'm not thinking dilution. I'm thinking sour grapes from the "recently terminated Board" and them exacting revenge by dumping their shares.

Happening right now on another penny play I'm in. CEO got ousted for who knows what reason, and all of a sudden, millions of shares hit the trade. (bought as many as I could, but still a few K to wade through).
