But what would occur would be a form of partnership, merger NOT a reverse merger (which is usually reserved for empty shells, or "nothing" companies) of which TYTN is definitely not one of.

Time will tell, but I think you and I may agree on one thing, the Chinese are coming and they are bringing their checkbook.
