I'm 99% sure they mailed everyone, and 51% is a very low target!!! If its a struggle - then it will mean MTDX getting on the phone and ringing the shareholders up. I've seen this done elsewhere with shareholders.

Because 51% is such a low target, it removes a large % of the risk IMO.
