I guess after 2 years you have not been paying attention to ask such a question. The question would be ask by someone that has only been here for a few months, because we all asked that one time early on.

Few things to give you insight why the PPS is going down.

1. The bunch of diluting of the stock all the way up to the time of the RS

2. Buying of companies that CBAI doesnt have the funds to cover the purchases (forhence the reason this will eventiually go into bankrupt)

3. The same companies that CBAI is buying up are not making any profit equal enough to show CBAI is making any real money.

4. This is a Penny stock so no real value here that big boys see likely to purchase

5. Most important NO ONE TRUSTS THE CEO
