Maybe I'm just a little dense but, I'm confused. Would you be kind enough to explain to me exactly how the O/S (i.e. outstanding shares) were "getting near the max". You see, I was under that assumption that the MAX for outstanding shares, that is the largest amount of outstanding shares was limited (or maxed out) by the total number of Authorized Shares (the A/S). I believe you said that "Mark Leonard was probably unable to dilute due to the O/S getting near the max." Dilute meaning increase the number of O/S??? So, my problem is that I do not understand what you mean by "max" and why would a company be unable to increase the Authorized Share amount because of the size of the outstanding shares? Please explain. OR, was that perhaps a slip of the wrist while you were typing that post?
