It is a major problem...People can't buy or sell
thru DTC-cleared firms unless they are willing to pay
hundreds of dollars in fees. In some cases the fees
will exceed one's entire investment in the stock.

Someone should definitely contact VLCO and find out what
is being done about this...(I am in Hungary, so maybe easier
for someone in U.S. to follow thru on this...)
