PsD.i'm sure you have previously done so, but could you summarize the conversation please..so if i call the number on that post you listed, i can get transferred to the racetrack president? if so, i'll call manana..also, any other numbers that i should call? ...but i'd guess the track prez would be in the know..when i call him, any questions i should ask that you might have missed? this has most likely been discussed, but did you ask him protocol as to govt procedure in the track bidding process? ..finally, do you have an opinion as to whether the DR govt. has placed the track for public leasing/buyout bid, or is it a situation where cgaq approached (unsolicited) govt track officials with a 30 page offer? thanks..i have done minimum track research so any DD guidance appreciated!
