Pos shell stock NEBO.0004.Way low considering the small float.
Manipulation by MMs on it's price down IMO.Will see what happens when some buy orders come in.Let's see how real the ask prices are.LOL.Will they fill buy orders,or run like mice?
I go with the second=Run like mice.LOL.
