That's interesting. Lisenby had no problem stating a range of days for an agreement, stating mediation was successful (with no timely retraction), stating XMDC had acquired the Bioharp assets as mentioned in the APA (with no timely retraction), etc. It doesn't appear to me that Lisenby has been concerned about the legal implications of releasing false information, however, that level of concern will probably change down the line if this doesn't work out (imo).
