I called this morning and spoke to Jim Gleasman....I read your post to him regarding the exclusive waiver....when he finished laughing his ass off, he told me there is no exclusive waiver, never has been an exclusive waiver and that whomever wrote that is inaccurate..

He went on to say that Vernon made a lot of money from the Torsen from 1958 up until the mid 90's and the only thing that he(Vernon) wished had happened differently, was that he wished it had been called the Gleasman Differential instead of the Torsen....
