they may well be looking to close op's in Atl. and move it to Germany full time

they have fired a high paid CFO and pocketed his position/salary and delegated it to the lower finance guy

they continue to outsource and downsize bigtime

if they settle the Klawonn suit quickly, then I believe they are putting the gift warp on it...AJMH Observations....
