You said, "Allay is the key to financial success". So, all of their other "brands" are useless, right?

No, he didn't say that at all. The F150 is by far Ford's biggest selling vehicle. Does that mean the rest of their lineup is useless?

You said, "Biel is not on the field yet -still playing warm-up games". Not on the field, just because around 300 million people can't buy the product OTC? When, IN FACT, they can buy it online, NOW. If they are not on the field, yet, what about everywhere else the product is available?

Being available online is great for investors that know about the product. Until they are able to advertise their products in the U.S. and it is available in-store we won't know how much demand there is for their products. You may be right and there might not be much demand. Or you may be wrong and it could be the game changer that some hope it will become. There is no way to know for sure until BIEL gets OTC clearance and starts marketing the product.

You said, "To the best of my knowledge Joe Noel was unable to get product to market in Japan. The same Review Wall of Stone that we face in USA with FDA stopped him in Japan. I may be wrong". I think it's quite safe to say, "You are wrong". Why/how could they have the product in many other countries around the world, but not Japan? And surely it wouldn't have taken over 8 months to find that out. And if that was the issue, why not just say that in this press release?

Once again, you are wrong and you are demonstrating how little you actually know about the company. They were never able to attain regulatory clearance to market the product in Japan. In fact, I'm not sure JN ever really tried to obtain clearance. IMO, that whole Japan farce was an excuse to book the bill and hold transactions in 2009 which artificially inflated the revenue numbers to make it look like they sold $1 million in product that year. Those transactions have since been reversed.

Again, haven't sold much product, stopped filing with the SEC to conserve finances, and a former BIEL insider passed on selling their product. But isn't Noel back "on board"? Does it really even matter? Why did he dump BIEL? To make more money, right? "WordSmart, SimplyMusic, and MediPendant".

I have seen no evidence that JN is back on BIEL's payroll. His disclaimer states that he's received 2 million shares for prior service. I think he still has a bunch of free shares that he wants to dump so he's been taking advantage of the recent runup in share price.

Anyway, if approval don't come soon, shares go right back where they before "the pump" began.

I don't think anybody is arguing that the price will move back down if they fail to obtain approval.
