You're right, he needs to explain how opening this new division fits in with his stated strategy of profitable by 3rd qtr 2011 and debt free EOY 2012. I guess it feels like an acquisition to me because I'm wondering how TheDirectory.com will pay for this 25,000 SF building and the new staff. Is there a market for this new software?
