Paker Folse kicked as.s and took names during the Closing Arguments last week.

My God, his voice, demeanor and presentation were Out F---ing Standing

I would have absolutely NO problem with Folse running the rest of this dog-and-pony show.

And I don't understand why everyone keeps asking "Where's Susman?"

Where's Susman?!

He was in court last week, being channeled though Parker Folse.

How much better could Susman himself have done?

What did Folse do that was, in any way, short of perfection?!

I especially loved the part at the end of Folse's Closing when Judge Walrath asked if he would "ONLY" be going after two (2) of the funds, or all four (4) . . . and without missing a beat . . . and without having to resort to legal Mumbo Jumbo . . . he succinctly explained to JMW that it would involved a "little explanation," and then went into detail (in very simple, straight-forward English), as to why he limited himself to only the first 2) funds (i.e., because of their lack of cooperation in the investigation/depositions and their utter contempt for the Equity Committee and this Court).

He could only do 2 of them, SO FAR, "but after you give us more time ( and POWER) to investigate/depose these criminals, we will most certainly be going after ALL 4 of the funds . . . and with a vengeance . . . we shall ask for no quarter, and we shall give them none." (that's me, using a little poetic license)
