Not necessarily news is coming, just simply TA reaction. If you watch and making good observation, stocks usually trade technically. PRs can help fuel rally and change the direction. When dilution happens, PRs can help only ST bounce and keep trending down. When dilution finish, the stock will bounce up. When the chart becomes terrible, stock price usually suffers until it can turn its trend around. VTSI is in such case -- it has turned bad since its 50day moving average crossed under its 200day moving average some months ago. Now you just hope the stock will trade sideway here until it can turn its direction around. TA is just that important.
