Again the Honorable Judge must let the Rosen crew have their say in court so in no way can they ever say she did not allow them to present their side of the case good, bad or indifferent. As most of us know Rosen's smoke and mirror tactics she allows it to leave no recourse for their side to come back and ever say she was not fair to their case. That is just my humble opinion. As with some of their ridiculous repetitive statements she seems overall bored with their spewing comments that are unwarranted she deals with it and allows it to be fair to all parties.
