I strongly disagree with your opinion

1) Almost all of the shares are locked down in the hands of investors who plan on holding long maybe even for years...

2 The planned .10 is of course for those of us who plan on keeping our shares...

3) A merger or purchase does NOT mean they will have to produce more shares... only means the 0/S will have a higher value... FACT

4) Most of the shares are locked down shorts are trying to cover...FACT

5) Shorts are running for cover because they know that its A GREAT COMPANY the shorts are scared and trying to get more shares because they oversold shares they do not have...FACT

6) MM's ARE Short on this stock that's why they are trying to blame the company its NOT THE COMPANY ITS THE MARKET MANIPULATORS, THAT IS THE ONLY REASON THEY ARE HERE to try to get even and scare the share out of the longs, lets face the FACTS.

MM = MARKET MANIPULATORS NOT MARKET MAKERS...

NITE, UBSS, MAXM, AND ETMM are only here to take away from the company and the stock market, not add value to it they are here to take yours, mine and the companies hard earned money for their own profit, period

The MM's are NOT here to help you me or the company in any way shape or from, they're here for one thing and one thing only, Their own Bottom line profit in their pockets... MM's don't care who's money they take...
