There was an article posted in Sept 2010 re: ROYALTY RATES FOR PATENTS ON LTE by Eric Stasik,

Very comprehensive article with lists of rates and patents for all the companies.

One thing to note is that Qualcom charges 3.5% for LTE

That could be why LG and Nokia are not signed,,,,,they dont want to pay...


Idcc has more LTE patents than Qualcom, and we cannot get 2%.

Thats like $8 a phone?

IMO Who ever gets these patents and can monitize them will make a ton of money. Even in cross license they will save someone $$$$$$.
