"all of Metiscan's equity ownership in Taptopia, Inc., Shoreline Employment Services, Inc., FirstView EHR, Inc. and Schuylkill Open MRI, Inc. has been divested to the Company's majority shareholder in exchange for it returning 100% of its Series C Preferred Shares (7,500,000,000 common shares) to Metiscan's treasury. Metiscan's board of directors and officers has resigned."
